As a Project Manager, Tim’s responsibilities include participating in all aspects of project management for architectural construction projects. Daily activities begin with site investigations, conducting meetings with clients, and preparing design consultant proposals. When the firm has been awarded contracts for design, Tim assists in-office and consulting staff members in the various phases of design. Generally, this includes performing plan reviews, preparing cost estimates and reports, preparing project manuals and construction specifications, overseeing the bidding/procurement process, reviewing submitted contractor bids, preparation of agreements between Owner and Contractor, administration of contracts, preparation of change orders, answering requests for information, reviewing applications for payment, and performing site observations.
