Heather begins her design process by learning each client’s workplace culture in order to thoughtfully develop creative solutions that reflect their business goals and brand. She listens to the client’s needs and translates them into a functional design by working cohesively with all members of the design team to ensure that the project meets the vision, goals, and budget. Referencing her 15 years of commercial design experience, Heather utilizes Revit modeling to create construction documents. She is also passionate about volunteering with local organizations such as ACE Mentorship program and YWCA Women’s Leadership.

  All things Christmas including: The nutcracker at the state theater in MPLS, Homemade gingerbread houses, Kiwanis Holiday Lights and of course decorating the tree.
